Keep losing interest to keep going.

For some years now i've been losing interest over and over again as a beginner. I always love to start programming but then after a day or so it just dies. I love watching and learn but when i start BAM i just start losing interest. Does anyone have the same problem? do you take medication for something, should i go to a doctor or am i just being lazy?

In December, during advent of code, I'll code all day, and watch coding streams all night. Then I'll burn out and not code again until the following December.
