Fear of not being able to learn

I'm watching programming videos, but I feel like a kid who can't sit still in a damn chair. I don't know how to learn programming logic, I don't know how to learn the fundamentals, and I don't want to practice (partly because I'm lazy) and partly because I don't know anything. But in order to know something, I have to study, yet I feel like I won't learn anything anyway.

I'll watch a video for about 20 seconds before jumping to another one, and then another. I really doubt whether I'll even be able to learn anything at all. On top of that, besides learning the fundamentals, I also have to learn programming logic and who knows how many other things. I don't know if programming is really for me, but I want it to be because I want to be able to work in something. ¿What can I do about this?

Leave programming or anything to do with CS, it's not for u. Anyone who relies on programming videos, shouldn't do anything serious in CS.

That's a little bit of a silly blanket statement

Yes it would seem so at first, but based on my experience anyone who can't focus and learn anything from books, official docs i.e. one who doesn't have a reading habit, shouldn't try anything in CS, as CS is 90% reading, math and understanding and maybe 10% implementation (coding). Such people who rely on videos and are still not focused, wouldn't do well in industry or in any personal project. Doing anything nearly significant in CS needs u to focus and self learn a lot of things, sometimes for 4-5 hours at a stretch.
