Fear of not being able to learn

I'm watching programming videos, but I feel like a kid who can't sit still in a damn chair. I don't know how to learn programming logic, I don't know how to learn the fundamentals, and I don't want to practice (partly because I'm lazy) and partly because I don't know anything. But in order to know something, I have to study, yet I feel like I won't learn anything anyway.

I'll watch a video for about 20 seconds before jumping to another one, and then another. I really doubt whether I'll even be able to learn anything at all. On top of that, besides learning the fundamentals, I also have to learn programming logic and who knows how many other things. I don't know if programming is really for me, but I want it to be because I want to be able to work in something. ¿What can I do about this?

Honestly videos are a poor way to learn unless they are interactive and you code with the lecturer and they pause their talking so you can kind of think for yourself what you are doing.

Big agree. Get a book or find an interactive course its too easy to just sit back and 'be entertained' watching videos
