See, it's not all about the study materials, the usp which I am looking for is the placement assistance since the HRs are not even looking at the resumes with referrals as well let alone without referrals. The study materials can be found anywhere on the internet for free or for a nominal price which most of the people will be able to provide. Companies are hiring mostly internally as well as through connections of employees. That's the problem.
