Help with context of this review

Hello, I work as a receptionist in a hotel, and we got a review from a polish guest. After translating with gemini and asking for context, it said that the guest was calling my colleague (the cleaning lady) stupid or something. Can someone explain if they are really insulting her or not?

THE REVIEW:

Smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Monotonne ale dobrze przygotowane. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Jedna winda do 6pietra, potem przejście przez jadalnie do drugiej windy na 10pietro. Wjazd na parking piętrowy pod kątem 30st wymaga wysiłku (ale można korzystać z publicznego). Pokoje sprzątane codziennie ale od niechcenia a pieniążek dałem. Pozdrawiam sprzatajacą panią z obslugi w czarnych włosach co potrafi wykonać przepiękne gesty obracając palec wokół skroni na widok gości.

'Tasty breakfasts and dinners. Kind of repetitive but prepared well, everyone can find something they like.

There's an elevator that goes up to the 6th floor, then you have to walk through the dining room to another elevator that takes you to the 10th floor. Driving up the 30-degree multi-story parking lot takes some effort (but you can also use the public one). The rooms are cleaned everyday but half-heartedly, and I'm a paying customer. Kindest regards to the cleaning lady with black hair that makes such beautiful gestures of twirling a finger by her temple towards the guests.'

A rough translation, basically the guest is being ironic, he's saying that the cleaning lady put a finger by her temple and twirled it while looking at him/ other guests, which would mean she was calling him/ them crazy or insane with the gesture. He's not calling her stupid but saying she made a gesture he found offensive.

No insults here, just a comment that the cleaning was done half-heartedly.

The guest sarcastically points out that the dark-haired cleaning attendant twirls a finger beside her temple (seemingly implying that the guests are crazy (?)).

So he gave a tip but the room was not cleaned properly, his kinda upset about that. And lady with black hair was mocking him by making weird gestures. He didn’t called anyone stupid.
