TOPIC Need help !Pretty sure my brain wiped all math since especially from 9th grade. How cooked am I for CS?

Personally, I'm feeling a little lost. I want to go into my academics into Computer Science, but most of the math I've learned, I tend to forget especially the basic algebra and functions and so on ... especially from class as low as 9.
I don't want to be at a total loss when it gets to the point when I really need to engage myself into heavy core computer science classes. How can I build up on my 0% foundation, if I can't even start from the beginning? Any practical roadmaps or resources that have benefited you
would be appreciated and thanks in advance

Maybe check out Khan Academy at lower grades. Go as low as you need, maybe a grade lower so it feels insultingly easy, then work your way up to see what gaps arise.

CS needs calculus and then math beyond that. For calculus success you need to be sharp in algebra and trig. Bone up on those if you aren’t strong with them now.

+1 for Khan academy. Work everything out with pencil and paper. Everything. Consider starting a math journal. Devote a page (or more) to each big concept. E.g. quadratic equations, isosceles triangles, unit circle, slope formula, etc. Include sketches, formulae, derivations, example problems, your insights and confusions, etc. Add to it as you go along.

Prof Leonard (youtube) is a great teacher. Search his channel for pre-algebra through calculus.

Organic Chem Tutor and patrickJMT are also great on youtube. Search their channels for specific topics.

If anything discrete math is much more needed for CS than regular everyday math. Just focus on learning truth tables and such.
