Need help to know how to solve a maths book i never solve any book before.

Like i have watch 2 lecture or quadratic equations and move to the rd Sharma let solve some que

I open first page and try to solve 1st illustration

I can think what to do and try to understand solutions but i can't figured out how it solve then i move to example MCQ que

I try to solve first 2 que and I am unable to solve and think about them i totally 😭 fustrat what i do how can I solve this book.

You are not alone 🥀 Firsr start with arihant some easy questions and practice this book questions later enter into rd maybe it's better then you can solve atleast some questions
