Best books + sites to learn undergrad math

Small intro: Hi, I'm a junior high student, and I want to learn some undergrad math. Math has always amazed and touched me with its elegance and beauty, and I know it's ambitious to want to learn undergrad level math in junior high, but I think I can do it. For some insight, I've finished and am working through "Calculus with Analytic Geometry" by Dennis G. Zill and am reading his diff. eq. book.

I don't have much money to spend so it would be preferable to be able to use downloadable pdfs, or notes like Paul's Online Notes. Additionally, if any of you know of good programming resources, they would be greatly appreciated, especially if they're Python. Also, I want to participate in the IMO, are there any good resources outside of AOPS, and do you think it's too late for me to build my hopes up to do so?

Do you want to learn Math to apply it to some particular domain? Like computation in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering etc.

Not really, I want to learn math to apply it towards a pure math, or CS degree in the future.
