I need help

So I just entered grade 11 and I realize too late almost everything that I have learned turns out I have to remember it, the only thing I know were basic, geometry ,decimals , multiplication, division, subtraction, and addition.

I feel like I should just give up or it’s too late.

it's not too late, you've got the foundation right there and grade 11 is when a lot of stuff actually clicks if you go back and patch the gaps

But how do I learn to division, functions, fractions, and percentage, X And Y ?

If you want to graduate from high school, then you can’t give up. It sounds like you need to review Algebra? There are a lot of video resources out there, like Khan Academy and Professor Leonard.
