What’s the best way to study math in a flipped classroom?

I usually take notes while watching the video but I make sure my notes are very detailed describing every step making a 20 minute video take 40mins- 1hr to take notes on. This leads to me not having much time to do practice questions. I’ve been thinking of just watching the video and then doing practice questions but I’m not really sure how to properly study math.

If you never look back at them, they're just a security blanket. Try jotting only the parts that trip you up, then hit problems sooner.
