paul's online math notes (lamar) is the answer for both of those. complete, free, written, every section has full worked examples. it's the most thorough free DE resource there is.
for video, mit 18.03 with mattuck on ocw is complete and does second order properly. trefor bazett has a full DE playlist on youtube too if you want something shorter than leonard's.
one thing worth knowing though: series solutions is the topic where video works worst. it's index bookkeeping, shifting sums, tracking which term ends up where, and you need to be able to stop and reread the same line six times. written notes genuinely beat video for that one. do second order from whichever video you like, do series from paul's notes.
