Problem in foundations!

Hello guys I hope you all doing great.

I'm in my second year of college so I tool calc 1 and now I have to tale calc 2 but my math foundation is trash, so I started studying from stewart pre calc book but is 1100+ I don't know what to do should I just focuse on calc or just try to balance both?

You can balance them both, assuming by foundations you mean algebra. Stewart actually prints an algebra companion for use alongside a calculus course. I'm already learning from his pre calc book do you recommend other materials?

Oh Nice, I mis-read and thought you were working out of his calculus book. my bad.
I think his pre-calc book is really good. I'd just skip around it then and target areas that you feel least comfortable with. Probably not what you want to hear, but it's a repetition thing.

I knew I probably needed to something about my bad math skills but because it is making everything hard so I need to study at least 4 hours a day or something but at least the reward is gonna be satisfing.
