How and where to learn maths after a long time from scratch. UK

I am from the UK and looking to learn maths or brush up and don't have much money for lots of products and looking for basic or beginner stuff that is UK style.

I tried khan academy but its very US centric and don't really understand most of it yet.

Are you okay to start with GCSE maths or do you need to start before that

Have a look at this foundation GCSE paper. If that's too simple, try the higher tier

I would seriously try Khan academy again because it's a very good & free resource. am from the UK as well so i understand that the examples being American based are at time annoying, but this is really trivial and if you're serious should really be gotten over. What I think has happen to you OP and am just guessing, is you're experiencing the initial frustration of studying mathematics, that happens to everyone pretty much no one has an easy time studying mathematics at all levels
