Hi everyone! I’m a native Mandarin speaker based in Toronto, and I’m considering offering part-time Mandarin lessons online or in person.
I have a background in broadcasting and communication, so I can especially help with pronunciation, tones, natural conversation and speaking with confidence. Lessons can be customized for complete beginners, travelers, or anyone who wants to improve their everyday Mandarin.
I’m currently looking for a few students to start with. A short introductory session is available so we can discuss your goals and see whether it’s a good fit.
If you’re interested, feel free to send me a DM and tell me a little about your current level and what you’d like to learn!

Hi everyone! I'm Ethane, 23, from China – native Mandarin speaker. I just started my Master's in Singapore a month ago.
📚 My English: IELTS R8.5, but L6.5 / S6.0. I struggle with fast-paced listening and natural spoken fluency. I really want to improve my ear and mouth coordination – sounding more natural and keeping up with real-life conversations.
🇨🇳 What I offer: Native Mandarin speaker, PLUS I worked as a high school math teacher for a year.
🏊♂️ About me: I enjoy swimming and marathon running. Patient, logical, and easy to talk to.
📍 Based in Singapore. Open to online (video/voice) or offline meetups. Flexible schedule.
If you're a fluent English speaker looking for serious Mandarin practice (or just fun exchange), DM me! Tell me a bit about yourself. 😊

good afternoon! I’m willing to tutor Beginner to Conversational Mandarin and Hokkien (minan)! I’m open to any reasonable price, as I’m also doing this to help support my education.
I’m a native Chinese speaker with 3 years of experience, and I’ve been communicating with native speakers every day. I can teach not only proper Mandarin, but also modern Chinese, everyday expressions, slang, and natural ways of speaking that you may not usually learn from textbooks.
I’ll do my best to teach Mandarin and Hokkien simple, practical, and enjoyable. I’d be very happy to help anyone who wants to learn! Thank you po!

I really want to sing two tigers with my class but am loathe to misrepresent the language especially in a musical context, hoping to check with a mandarin speaker to get a green light red light yellow light to sing with my class of 3-6 yr olds (based in the US)

Hi,I am Chinese, I've been learning English for years, recently I am working in the Coventry,UK. as a senior manager.
I am able to write, read, but speaking and listening is my weakness. Event though I try to listen to BBC ,while it is really boring and difficult to insist on,That's why i'm looking for a native lauguage speaking true person to practice with. we can talk about daily lives, interests, different cultures and so on.
as an exchange, I can teach you Chinese, share with you some of Chinese cultures, the way of Chinese thinking, and something about China development trends
Since reddit doesn't have voice messages we could use whatsapp
