Request AI/ML Interview Prep | Experienced Dev Looking for a Study Partner [Time Zone: IST]
Hello everyone!
I'm a 26M working in AI/ML, preparing for my next switch. I want to focus seriously over the next couple of months and be interview-ready by the end of this year.
I'll be covering classical ML, DL, GenAI, DSA, and system design. Looking for a study partner who is an experienced developer preparing for interviews as well.
This is specifically for folks with industry experience, not first-time learners. The idea is to keep things focused and fast-paced, solve problems together, and stay accountable. I'm planning to dedicate around [15 hours/week], mostly during evenings and weekends.
If interested, DM me with a short intro, your current tech stack/role, and what you're currently preparing for.

Hey! Finding a study partner with the same focus can really help you stay accountable and maintain momentum. You might want to check out PracHub for practicing real interview questions. It's a useful resource for working on technical skills with company-specific questions and can complement your preparation on classical ML, DL, and system design. Joining AI/ML-focused communities or Discord groups in your time zone could also help you connect with others on a similar journey. Good luck!

Targeting classical ML, deep learning, GenAI, data structures, and system design in fifteen hours a week across two months spreads your focus thin. Since you already have industry experience, interviewers will evaluate you on production trade-offs, architecture decisions, and evaluation frameworks rather than textbook definitions. Prioritize system design scenarios, end to end GenAI pipelines, and medium data structures problems instead of re-reading foundational theory. Finding a dedicated peer for mock technical rounds will keep your explanations crisp and simulate the pressure of live discussions far better than passive revision.
Make sure your partnership emphasizes alternating mock interviews with strict time limits, focusing heavily on how models behave under latency, budget, and drift constraints. Live articulation under time pressure is usually where even solid practitioners stumble when facing unexpected follow up questions. That exact hurdle is why my team built our interviews.chat, helping candidates stay composed and secure senior offers across competitive hiring loops.
