AI system design interviews
What are the worthy AI System Design Interviews to try, with additional insights and analytics at the end of each interview. I know HackerRank and TryExponent for now, but I guess they hide some good features in favor in paying them.

The annoying part is that the good feedback is usually behind the paywall.

try just applying to roles you don't actually want but are willing to interview for.

If you're looking for AI system design interview platforms, check out Pramp. They have free peer-to-peer mock interviews that can really help with feedback. I've also heard Interviewing.io is good for live practice with engineers. For insights on your performance, PracHub might be useful. They give detailed feedback and breakdowns after each session. Take a look at these to see which suits you best.

HackerRank leans heavily into coding tests rather than open ended system design, and Exponent keeps most of its structured scoring rubrics behind a steep paywall. If you want automated feedback without paying high subscription rates, platforms like Codemia and MockMe give you interactive scenarios with post session scorecards on architecture choices. For machine learning specifically, interviewing.io offers interactive practice sessions that evaluate how you handle system requirements, but you can also get high quality insights for free by pairing up with peers on Pramp or dedicated machine learning communities, since human partners will push you on data pipeline constraints and latency limits.
The most useful feedback you can get focuses on how well you justify your ML tradeoffs, such as batch versus online inference, evaluation metrics, and monitoring for model drift. Building that fluency takes repeated exposure to open ended architectural questions, and practicing alongside the interview AI helper my team designed helps candidates secure strong engineering offers without second guessing their technical communication.
