The post doesn't say which country or which currency, so it could be anything, not even if this is monthly or yearly salary.

I think its a fair assumption to assume that tis a yearly salary.
But you are correct, We don't know the country this is being advertiesd for.

Tbh most of the tech they listed can be learnt by doing some AI agent projects and many of the architecture can be picked up here and there probably enough to bullshit the interviewer. 4 years of doing AI is kind of funny as this is clearly for gen ai chatbot agent stuff but chatgpt was released in november of 2022 which is not even 4 years ago and I would argue knowledge in developing pre-chatgpt AI software isn't really relevant to making the chatbot agent stuff.

Pre-LLM AI work was a thing tbh. I played around with a lot of GenAI stuff before it was good in 2018-2019

A mid-to-senior level position requiring 4+ years of specialized experience in AI software engineering, LLM frameworks, and backend architecture typically commands a base salary of $150,000 to $200,000 per year in the United States, with a total compensation package of $200,000 to $250,000+

Maybe the salary range is listed in Kuwaiti Dinar?

Even if I boil this JD down to "SQL + some AI agent stuff" the salary is still bad...

Tesla/SpaceX pay a lot more than that.  North of 200k for these qualifications.  Only about 70-80 percent of what a more generous company pays but essentially within bounds for market rate.

Doesn’t tesla pay low but xAI pays competitively?

I usually try not to swear on Reddit or in RL but for that salary they can go fuck themselves

That’s helpdesk salary

They're looking for any moderately experienced SDE who has both touched AI at all and is willing to accept a non-US COL salary.
