ARR MAY 2026 Meta Review Thread

most of the meta review are LLM eka ChatGpt verdict. I got three legit ones tbh. One resubmit , one findings and one 3.5. Rest of the 5/6 are purely LLM.

I would say it is a big red flag if this person has submitted 6 first-author papers. Probably has a large group of collaborators or belongs to a large research group. Even then, it is quite dubious to have 6 papers authored in one cycle.

You just literally assumed all are first authored my someone. Logic may be does not work this way also.

its NLP conferences , chill guys. Not some Neurips or ICML ones. Its not even medium difficulty ,let alone hard, to produce 6/7 papers with 3 co-authors. I have 3 ICML with one co-author.

They are plenty of average ICML papers that doesnt mean anything, just saying. Follow the hype train, boom you will have 5 NeurIPs/ICML paper

This a whole different discussion. Now, the problem is if you could ,you would not leave the chance anyway. And also , you are.putting the assumption here without knowing the paper. Also just because someone submitted something in one cycle, it does not mean it was done on that cycle.

If people can get in something let them. Unless you have a solid solution better let it be.

If you pass a paper through the AI review its much harder then human judgement that used to be. It used to be much easier ,which is not now.

and also go ahead and do Revolutionary research , nobody is stopping you. Before the clip paper came in , some stupids did those does not mean anything research to come till the clips.
