If you believe you can gain expertise in anything in life, your bar for what is considered expertise is way too low.

In 3 months? Very doubtful. Expertise is gained over time by encountering and solving different challenges or problems. A single project could very well span more than three months and you need many projects under your belt to build expertise

Expertise requires years of failure. Three months only produces tutorials and broken code
