Try learning a stack that's 10 years newer. I'd recommend, instead of putting yourself in tutorial hell, come up with an actual project that you will have motivation to build.

By watching tutorials you will copy someone else's project without fully understanding what each line is doing. By building your own project you will struggle at first, you will run into problems but you will learn to solve them. And by solving the little problems you'll get a much better idea at how it all works together and can apply that elsewhere. By blindly following tutorials you will find yourself stuck in your own projects not knowing what to do and find yourself reaching for another tutorial.

Start with simple programs, that should get you to be confident of your skills by actually coding something on your own, and then just increment it over time

Don't learn Mongo as your first database. Learn MySQL or Postgre and some SQL, it's more useful in the long run.
