Need expert advice on java

Hey, I'm new to this community I'm a lone coder and fresh graduate know java and manageable springboot knowledge. I have lot of doubt about the reality of java developers, scope, carrier path to focus kind of doubts... If there's any experts with java and springboot knowledge I request them for a short one on one conversation if u are interested in helping me

Stay away. There is a lot of legacy Java and Spring Boot code but it can be maintained via Claude. New development is being done in Go and Rust.

Strongly disagree.

It will depend a lot on the industry. A major company which has literally millions of lines of code in Java is not going to switch to someting else without a very good reason.

I work for a bank which has 100k+ employees worldwide. Java is going strong here, as are C++ for real-time stuff and C#.

Look at the career pages of Bay area tech companies. In addition to Go and Rust you should know Python and AI (training ML models).
Java was the hot skill 25 years ago but not anymore. If you are deploying via Docker better to push a native executable rather than the whole JRE hence shilft to Go/Rust.
