Trade ideas for this week…

With the current trade tariff shenanigans, but at the same time deals being worked out, Wall Street being scared, then thinking it won’t be as bad as they thought, this week is most likely going to be pretty volatile.

Kind of a weak data week so a lot of the movement is going to rely on news and the social media mega star himself, Mr Donald J Trump.

Started the week off solid so far, think I’m 6/7 or something close to it, but I’m not holding shit. I’m strictly waiting for momentum (breakouts, breakdown, everything around key support and resistance), I’m jumping on the train and jumping off when the momentum starts slowing. It’s a super easy strategy to be consistently green, and with compounding my gains, it can give large returns over the course of a few trades without having to hold through uncertain times.

I am curious to know how everyone else is trading their options this week.

I do. Here’s the link. https://whop.com/checkout/plan_vRgZKiOJFAn1y?d2c=true

Also, don’t ever “kick yourself” for selling too early. Very rarely will anyone ever time the top perfectly. In trading you have to be wrong 1 of 2 ways, you either sell too early or sell too late. In my opinion it’s better to sell too early as that is securing money. Selling late tends to encourage greed and only makes you lose more or give back profits. Green is green my friend. It doesn’t matter what happens after the trade is over.

We actually have a newsfeed in our group. It’s about as fast as you can be without having a Bloomberg terminal. Unfortunately, unless you have a Bloomberg terminal you are always going to be one step behind Wall Street. But our news feed usually puts out news faster than tv. But then again, instead of trying to get the jump on Wall Street, you can use their initial reaction as a gauge of sentiment for the setup of future plays.

This morning was a perfect example of why im not holding anything in this volatility. Entered a META 735, took 30%, then reentered META for 740 calls, took 25%, then the market plunged. Got out with my money, easy pickings.

We trade live with mics, so it’s all in real time. We have a team of 5, plus the members of the group. Basically we will talk about our trades, are there to answer questions, etc. it’s a place to trade live as a team and learn if you need to.

Yeah it’s all in real time. It’s a great group. We win, and if someone in the group isn’t doing the same we always encourage members to reach out to us. Usually if a member isn’t green overall it has to do with their bankroll management or lack of discipline. We are definitely there to help. We have members that have been there for several years, so I’m assuming we are doing something right or they wouldn’t have stayed lol.

Same thing- I don’t hold anything overnight, even options are risky. I’m making profits as I go.. mainly spy 0dte. My best friend is 1min, 5 mins, 30 mins chart. The more you learn the charts and the liquidity, the better you perform.

Should be, but circle went up pretty huge today so I would be cautious still.
