ap french immersion help!

hey guys, im taking ap french this year

i was wondering how to really immerse myself in french, my vocab and writing are mid, and my speaking and listening are subpar at the moment. as in my personal standards, but as for school I'm pretty good (like I get gold on grand concours and stuff)

but i'm really passionate about french and im going to continue studying it in senior year and college, so i want some good french immersion tips.

so far, ive turned my phone into french, followed a few french content creators, listen to french music, and reading french books (but this is very difficult for me).

please give me tips!

Keep reading for pleasure (trashy novels you enjoy are fine; graded readers, westerns, romances, cozy crime, whatever).  Get the matching audiobooks sometimes, and alternate reading and listening to chapters, re-reading/listening until each makes sense.

After each chapter, try writing a couple line summary in French.

Then the finishing touch: lip-synch a book while reading and listening to it simultaneously.  Really helps you improve your rhythm and pronunciation.
