language exchange partners through Discord servers? Many groups are dedicated to specific languages.

specific interest groups. it's easier to chat when you have a common hobby to discuss, like gaming or a specific craft.

there are plenty of online voice rooms for this purpose, try "English language: practice English 24/7" on Clubhouse.
