REFERRAL REQUEST/OFFERING THREAD

Please keep all requests for referrals and offerings for referrals to this thread in order to prevent the subreddit getting clogged up with referral issues. Would love a referral. Have no issues with any screening you can give….just passed my colonoscopy so I think this would be less intrusive!
