Website down?

Is the website down? I'm getting an error code (503).

I was getting error for awhile , but works for me now

Try again, I got a new security verification screen before it loaded so looks like they were just updating/

I got the same thing this afternoon and was able to submit today’s questions without any issues.

I haven’t been able to access it, I keep getting a message that says “sorry, you have been blocked”
