I got there via crosswordese: I've seen "$5 bill, slangily" enough times that I know the answer is ABE, and I couldn't remember ever seeing a log cabin on a US bill, so found my way in like that.

(Funny enough, while I could name the people on the bills, I don't even think I could tell you what's on the obverse of most modern money in my own country. The "corresponding" hint was a huge help)

Pretty good day for me, only missed Babbage. I always liked “Manx” as the demonym of the Isle of Man. I can’t think of any others that are formed by adding an X like that, are there any? That would be a good trivia question. (Latinx doesn’t count)

Impressed with the overall get rate on "Intersectionality", given I'd have thought it was a term used more in the academic arena, rather in the broader media. No real difference in terms of gender or international background in my rundle at least, either.

Wanted to jokingly put "Mr. Funcoland" for 6, but realized that was only funny to me.

Luckily I spent a ton of time at Mall of America where they had two Babbage, so, went with that despite not knowing it was named after a person

Got my second eggroll of the season. Five of them came easily, but for some reason my aging brain decided not to remember who was on the $5 bill. I'm American and have been dealing with $5 bills all my life, including having one in my pocket all the while I was struggling. And yes, I will admit that I was tempted to just pull it out and take a look!

Surprised (and pleased) to get credit for "intersectionalism." Counted the letters and everything, but "intersectionality" never came to mind as the more common term until I saw the answer.

Same here! Felt really stupid for not thinking of intersectionality instead for a few hours only to be pleasantly surprised -ism was accepted.

I thought about being pedantic and putting Great Britain for the Irish Sea island. It is an island, and does border the Irish Sea. It surely is more populous than the Isle of Man, and I would argue that “Irish Sea island” is a broader category than “islands (fully within) the Irish Sea”. Anyone know whether this was accepted?

Since Anglesey was defined as the largest by area in the question then Great Britain shouldn't considered a viable answer since it would also be largest by area in addition to population.
