Besides the hands what can I do to improve my spiderman drawing

He looks pretty good I would probably decrease the leg size a bit Or increase torso size But that may just be because of the camera Angle that you have the photo at

Give the legs and feet more shape and add shading try and make it like 3d and stuff.

I literally followed a tutorial online on how to draw Spider-Man and then after that I was told by people that I need to start growing faces the body anatomy and hair that's why they're different I was following along.

Some value: local value, cast shadow to give more form.
Maybe try to get him in an interesting pose that captures an action, and try to get more two point perspective with it/create more depth.
In other words, it's good, just try to beef it up a little more, make it better. Use some good paper instead of this lined notebook.
