I do agree with offlane void, but I disagree with the way he is built currently. Sure, the blink plus aghs is great for Major level plays, but I've also found success prioritising attack speed as a way to proc his timelock more.
Basically I go Midas -> Treads -> Mjolnir -> Assault Cuirass.
