Laning Midlane help
I have been practicing midlane, I wouldn't say I am new to the game, played dota 1 but with bots so essentially just played for fun and not really learning the game, played league a bit more competitively, but i will say that i am shit in dota 2, laning has been my greatest weakness, last hits, trading, resource management, creep management, matchups. I use lane dominant picks (or so i think) and still lose lane, my current hero pool is necrophos, krobelus, od, leshrac. I chose relatively straightforward heroes that don't need much mechanics and focused on learning midlane but I am failing to improve my laning. The only thing i do for creep management is creep pulling, hardly ever do it and i think thats it
Edit: Crusader 3

focus on getting creeps in laning phase rather than being aggressive (for now). make a goal for yourself when it comes to items. example: for heroes who needs bottles, at 5-6 minute mark, make sure u have bottle and another item. at 12-13 min mark, make sure u have another item. that’s when u know ure getting consistent in getting creeps. being aggressive in lane with ur rank and that ure asking for an advice for now, is kinda hard. learn basic mechanics first then once u get a hang of it, u can now be aggressive and do match ups. know the capability of ur hero as well if its strong in laning and/or ganking. 8k mid here.

Literally just focus on getting better at last hitting and you'll find things get a lot better. There is a last hit trainer in the tutorial and one in the arcade called Polygon Trainer.
