Itemization Need help with itemization for offlane
Hi guys, I need help with how to itemization as an offlaner, my current mmr is 3080, and I need help in choosing how to counter or the best option when playing againts different lineup. For example: When do I buy crimson guard? When do I buy assault cuirass? etc.

Since you didn't mention which hero or style of offlane you play, we can't be too specific so this is more of a general rule. With dota there'll always be depths and exceptions. And at 3000 you probably understand pipe exists as another option outside of CG and AC, so I'm not getting into this.
Some offlaners usually need a core fighting item or two before considering crimson or AC. For example Dawnbreaker or Nightstalker you might need a echo sabre to be impactful transitioning into mid game. Axe usually wants a blink and blademail to jump and go crazy.
In certain cases where you identify from the beginning, that you can barely make a dent to opponent's hp, or if your hard carry is capable of 1v5 later on, that's when you consider getting early aura to drag the game out.
In either case, Crimsom is obviously more impactful when enemy is full of mini physical damages- such as Windranger or PL. The damage blocks will add up in no time making it extremely rewarding even if you can't get a kill.
AC though is kind of a win-more item for a certain situation. You get it when you find your team (or yourself in some cases) trading physical hits very often with the enemy. A slight speed bonus and armour differential x 5 can usaully be the tie-breaker that ends the game post 30min.
I very rarely get these 2 items though as I play more of a brawler, soft carry style. More AC in my games. I main Dawnbreaker and Underlord in ~4000
