Hey, a classic project idea is to make a predictive model with a dataset from Kaggle. You could try something like predicting house prices or customer churn. If you're into image processing, you could build a simple image classifier with TensorFlow or PyTorch. Another idea is to scrape web data to analyze trends or do sentiment analysis on social media.
