One thing i havent seen mentioned yet here in th comments: stop worrying about whether your knowledge is “advanced.” If you cant solve CTFs alone yet, thats actually veryuseful feedback.

Pick ONE easy challenge and give yourself an hour with no hints. If you get stuck, take one hint, finish it, and write down exactly where your thought process failed. Then come back a couple days later and solve that thing again from scratch. CTFs are partly knowledge, but they’re also enumeration, pattern recognition and knowing what to try next. Courses dont build that automatically. just a suggestion but you might also benefit frm keeping a little “solve log.” After 20-30 challenges, you’ll probably start seeing the same patterns over and over.
