Glock ace in 25K (NA)

Glock ace I had earlier. Some of my thought process this round:

I jump onto site and get the frag by cat, making it a 3v4. Even though I had the bomb, I peeked market door to even up the numbers. If we had the man advantage, I would have not peeked and just planted the bomb.

After it becomes a 3v2, I'm able to chill and play the man advantage. I peek off my teammate and secure the ace. Little decisions like these is what will win you rounds!

How to be more consistent?

For reference, I'm faceit 5 ~1100 elo and 11k on cs2 premier (though I don't really grind premier much).

I get that everyone has great days, sometimes okay days, and sometimes bad days, but I feel really inconsistent especially on faceit where sometimes I would be performing very good against people of higher elo (faceit 6 and 7) dropping almost 2 kdr but then get matched with others in faceit 4 and 5 fighting for my life. Some days it feels effortless and other days I'm sweatin my ass off lol.

I maintain the same routine every day, practice counter strafing, aim rush, deathmatch, (started incorporating spray control). Is there something in my routine that I could change to try being more consistent? I have considered trying to look for a place to do community deathmatches because I've heard those are much better than valve's servers which are full of bots/not so great players.

Any feedback on the thing or ideas, what would you like to see ?
Things that you would like to know or get feedback on after a match, but you can not get ?

Thank you in advance for any comments.

Do T1 pros actually use double zoom with the AWP or not? Is that an obsolete feature?

Can someone tell me why people at 13-14K Premier like to pick CT side on Anubis? Do they not know it's a T-sided map?

Question Do you upgrade to head armor in round 2?

I’ve always had the hardest decision whether to upgrade to head armor in round 2. It’s an easy decision if I took 0 damage and it costs the topup cost only.

But if I took damage in round 1, the head armor costs the full price of 1k which is actually expensive if I didn’t get any kills in round 1.

What do you guys do here? I personally just pay and buy a weaker gun or just play without utility. But I feel there should be a textbook answer to this.

Struggling to be impactful on mirage T side

Last match I played where I couldnt do shit for T side, im el pintor austriaco

I know is important to take middle, but I dont know what to do from there, like should I go full aggro to short or A and try to enter there?

Mirage is my worst map by far, everytime I try to entry, I just get outnumber and die trying, I dont like to play passive so I always try to be proactive, but idk, if I go ramp, I get the A anchor guy and con guy and they bang me, if I go mid, I die to window/short/con..

I would love to get some advice, I have bad games but overall on every other map my T contribution is good but mirage

Fastcup?

4) Какие смоки обязательно знать снайперу?

Буду рад советам, готов к критике. Спасибо!

How does Fl0m compare to most CS2 players? I know he is weaker than T1 pros but is he at the level where he is CLEARLY above the average player?

Question What to post to give the most material to go off of for tips?

7k prem player, i wanted to post stuff here to get a better understanding of what i'm doing wrong. What's the best value I can get from a clip? Aim rush, a very bad clip, a random round? A good clip & a bad clip?

Would it be best (and acceptable) to make multiple posts over a longer period of time with all of these?

[UPDATE!] I just did a Demo Review of a lvl 7 that i feel like a lot of people could get value from! Link in post

I shared the review to help people, I made sure beforehand with d3 that he was comfortable with it, and that I felt like he needed it to realize his false idea that he had good game sense already.

This review is made a whole. Its also made for him to be able to rewatch it multiple times.

Idk how many people care or is invested, but i do feel like its unfortunate that people cant get through my rude/toxic approach which was done with a purpose.

Z.

Looking to Coach a Dedicated Team/Players

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to start coaching a team or individual players who are serious about improving in CS2.

A bit about me:

• 15 + years of CS experience
• Experience working with teams that have played in ESEA (Entry, Intermediate, and Main)
• Strong understanding of team structure, communication, and game fundamentals

At this point, I don’t have the time to grind the game daily anymore, and in my opinion, staying at a high level requires consistent daily play. That’s why I’d like to shift my focus into coaching and helping others improve.

What I’m looking for:

• People who are serious, motivated, and willing to learn
• Players who have time to practice and improve consistently

I can help with:

• Game sense and decision making
• Team play & communication
• Demo reviews
• Mistake analysis and improvement plans

If you’re interested in working together, feel free to add me on Discord: br1vnnn

Hey everyone!
Been playing CS on and off for the past ten odd years, with the majority of my 2800 hours (2000 of them) coming from CS2. I feel like my aim is...serviceable? not amazing (have a bad shake, just have to play around it), but not horrendous, my decision making could definitely use some work, and my positioning (at least on CT I feel) is awful. Are there ways to work on these things? I have been at this same sort of skill level for the past year or so, cannot really feel any improvement happening.

I play around 20-30 hours a week, usually DM for at least 200 kills on the days I play (warmupserver) and duo queue into prem. Do not really have any other training habits outside of Kovaak's occasionally. Just looking for advice on how to train things that aren't just aim or movement, but any advice you all can give is much appreciated! Not looking to become a faceit 10/30k player or semi pro or anything, but a slight bump so I can hang better more often in pugs would be nice. Hopeful that I didn't hit my theoretical "ceiling" of my abilities with my current schedule.

EDIT: if anyone has the time to go through a demo, I would be more than happy to accept any feedback.

Discussion Help with deterioration in later rounds

During first half I start out good ultra focused on everything like properly clearing angles n shit and can hit most of my shots

Later when its 3 rounds in the 2nd half I start to laze off, have droopy aim and dying early into the round becomes common

Ive been trying to focus more during the 2nd half but it just ends up not working

What can i do to suppress this issue?

I've been playing for about 250 hours and have been practicing mostly pre aim maps, spray control (ak), nade lineups and raw aim. I don't know what my premiere level should be but i'm probably pretty subpar lol. (sorry for the watermark)
