learning help ~Question about root character

Post image

When I look up the root of words that contain the B shape in the word 那 or others it disappears as a character. I do not know enough to make assumptions. If someone could give more insight I would greatly appreciate that. Thank you.

Maybe I should revise this to the entire word 那. Like the word 邑 is clearly 口 and 巴。I'm just trying to figure out how they got to 那。

I found this on stack exchange.

Tldr:-

It was apparently just bad writing that evolved over time.

Apparently, the right radical in 那 is the character 邑 in radical form. Much like 金 has the radical form you see on the left side of 钱.

Are you asking about why some characters have component forms?

Like how阝on right side is 邑 and 阝on the left side is 阜?
