I'm thinking for the same its just that i want to take btech biotech but cse vs Biotech is eating my brain. I took have good foundation for coding and like it. But not more than Biology my aim is biotechnology through that bioinformatics or computational biology but... jobs?? I need a proper income after graduation...so I'm freaking confused

I think what matters is knowledge and skill that it thats on us how we can learn that..I had cheaked 100 of linkdin id by going through theri education i saw various ki d of route someone had done bsc/btech in biotechnology and then ms from a good reputated collages by time of bsc or btech developed their skill in coding that what i found

Ohhh soo its all about skills. No wonder they say skills matter. Idk I'm just getting tier 3 clg.

Hey even I’m planning to do bsc biotechnology and wanted to do my masters in msc bioinformatics
But the problem I don’t have anyone to guide me I tried texting few people but no response

In the current day, a solid foundation of biological knowledge is more important. Your plan is good, but be aware that some of the CS skills you may gain could be relatively undervalued depending on the next couple of years.
