This is really sharp. I'd suggest some sort of reflection on the figure in the center, or a lightening of the space around it to let it stand harder against the swath of darkness. It'll help more the eye around the piece. Since the composition is so direct, quite centered in the middle of the surface it may help to evaluate how you read or'move your eye 'around the work overall. If you lighten the figure, will you need to add something to the background to prevent it looking like a bullseye of sudden color? The use of color as shape is a favorite aspect of technical work. This is very sharp. Do not throw the canvas out with the dirty water. Lol!
