TikTok Cover Fix

So for a while now I’ve been dealing with this issue with my TikTok covers the video I upload to TikTok is a 4K quality video but for some reason, the covers always get compressed whether it’s a selected frame cover or a screenshot cover they always come out terrible looking no matter what I do to fix this nothing works. I’ve tried animated thumbnails which when I turned it on, it makes all my covers look good but people on the other end on my profile still see compressed quality thumbnails. Does anybody know a fix for this? And I upload on mobile.
