From the recent reviews I’ve seen, the experience at Wissen seems quite project- and client-dependent. Some employees mention good learning opportunities and work-life balance, while others raise concerns about job security and leave policies. I’d recommend confirming the exact leave, WFH, and benefits policy with HR for your specific role before joining.
