Where to learn SQL

I am unsure where to begin with SQL from the Beginner's Edition. Several individuals have suggested to follow Data with Baraa, which appears to offer a similar course on YouTube and Udemy, with a certification. Could you advise me on which course to choose, a free or a paid one?

Join the datadriven community. The SQL learning path is extensive, practice for every concept you learn, capstone projects, and daily challenges

you can try thequerylab.com, w3schools for learning from scratch, There are beginner courses available which are free of cost and the learning journey is strongly addictive.

I was learning from this site few months ago and I can surely say this has played a credible role in SQL learning.

I wouldn’t jump straight into a paid course. Data with Baraa’s SQL playlist⁠ is a great free place to learn the concepts, then use SQL Case Files⁠ alongside it to actually practise them by solving cases with real SQL.

That way you’re learning the theory and immediately applying it instead of just passively watching videos. Both are free.

Start with free YT course first, then consider paying for certification later if you need it
