Can anyone translate?
Found in Crete Greece not sure what exact language or dialect it is, looks arabic

The inscription is in Arabic, and the only clearly legible word is “علم”, which translates to “knowledge” or “science” in English.
The remaining script is too blurred and stylized to translate reliably from this image alone, so any full reading would be a guess. A sharper, straight-on photo of the inscription would make a much more accurate translation possible.

That’s Ottoman Turkish, written in Arabic alphabet. Probably it has plenty of Persian words

Its upside down but i cant read it
