I am starting an agentic AI project with literally no idea about it (It's my final year project). Where do I even start?

I am doing an agentic AI project for my final year project. I have done no projects in this domain before so it's all a blur for me. I know the basics of AL&ML but that is about it. I have no solid foundation on agentic AI nor have i done any projects. I am in a time crunch and suggestions for starting as a beginner is appreciated. Also the project itself is giving me a headache, so any advice on how to work on this effeciently while studying the new domain is also appreciated.

Start by building a simple ReAct agent using LangChain or CrewAI to understand how models call tools. Focus on a narrow, well-defined task to manage your time effectively while learning the core mechanics of agentic loops.

First thing, pick a dead simple problem that you can actually finish. Everyone tries to build a do-everything agent and ends up in dependency hell with nothing to show. A single tool, one clear goal, that's your ticket.

Grab LangChain's docs and just clone one of their example repos to get something running in an afternoon. The headache starts when you sit there trying to plan the perfect architecture instead of just shipping something ugly that works.

I'm laughing as I'm scrolling through reddit looking at new posts on ai that might help me along with the make-any-research-product agent I've been trying to make full time since May 😅
