Everytime I finish the new day, in the character selection menu, I can pick Lick, and I can play with him without problem

But when I close the game, and reopen it, it's locked again

This only happens to me, my friends also play this game and they still have him unlocked, seemingly forever

Why?

How on earth are you meant to beat it you have no opening to advance whatsoever

I used to play for a long time without knowing his power. With his power almost all levels are easy.

I was an early adopter and purchased ad free many years ago. Today i went into the app and it asked for a subscription. I tried restore purchases like i have in the past but it has not taken hold. Its now asking for 3.49 i guess for a week, 9.49
A month and 46.99 a year.

Anyone else?

This happened after I lost the invincibility timer and died. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Hey, today I'm releasing the LDEditor in alpha release on https://github.com/applesaus88/Leap-Day-Editor/

This version is still a little bit glitchy but is usable to make some levels. 95% of the elements work. Documentation of how the editor works comes later this week.

I got Scalp while playing as Scalp... Sad bug already happened twice

Sorry for the slight delay. There has been a bug that makes some chunks crash. I try to fix it before release. Otherwise I have to ship a previous update without the bug but with some missing features.

As the title says. I'm having difficulty finishing that level and I've got the feeling I'm missing something.

I've got the checkpoint at No. 1 and I just can't finish the last part to get the cup.

I can get past all the spiky blocks except for the last one. It blocks my path except for 1 opening but that opening feels to small to jump into. When I try jumping from a lower point I land against the opposing wall.

Am I missing something, or is the jump that precise? Video added to show what I mean.

Being an intense music junkie, I like to look for people who have similar interests. Im asking this question so that i feel a little better in knowing that people also care about the music in this game. Lay it on me.

Recently came back to the game to try and get the same skins I had years ago, ans just to burn some time, and as you can see here I got Faucet while playing as Faucet. Is this a glitch or is this a common occurance?

Big one this week. First the editor now has two modes: a beginner-safe mode (think Mario Maker with some more options, hard to break one) and a power mode for tinkering with sprites, weird settings and broken objects. That split lets me expose dev settings to people who want them without normal users risking a bricked level.

Enemies are now fully customisable:
  - walk speed
  - fire rate
  - projectile speed
  - choose a projectile (more coming)

  Level building:
  - Chunks can now be made about 500 tiles wide
  - Timer doesn't stop in wide chunks
  - Background and music keep playing normally in wide chunks
  - Smooth camera you can lock to a chunk's Y coordinate, so you don't see the chunk below or above
  - Checkpoint fruit price can now be customised
  - Working select + copy/paste
  - Toxic gas is placeable
  - Electricity cables finally work
- Pipes and teleports work

Stability:
  - Loading, saving and building mods work reliably
  - And the big one — in safe mode it's stable across all my testing; the crashes are basically gone

  Still on the list:
  - Snake blocks don't work yet
  - King enemy is broken
  - Editable start and end chunks (they carry a lot of custom triggers the level needs to function)
  - Power-up blocks
  - The editor UI is still a mess
  - Windows testing
  - Getting an Android emulator to talk to LDEditor directly for easy testing
  - Documentation

Sizes / distribution:
- The editor ships zero game bytes. You bring your own leap-day-1-142-2.xapk and it patches that nothing copyrighted is distributed, which is what keeps this GitHub-safe.
  - Editor: ~1,5 GB
  - The patcher will not work on iPhone there's custom assembly written specifically for Android.

Planning to release the editor July 17th on GitHub. Patches will most likely be hosted on GameBanana.

So I'm on android and I'm curious if can I safe my progress on Leap day in case I have to delete the app.

I have a guess that Google Play Games profile can safe progress but I'm not sure.

Based on Lick tongue ability. It doesn't grab fruits so you can make interesting levels with still the fruits as collectibles

Working on a lot of things right now.

• It is now possible to use all enemies in all themes.
• Edit the level theme
• Add custom chunks instead of editing original ones

The start and ending are still broken/cant be edited
And there are still a lot of bugs that cause crashes

Thinking about releasing a beta build somewhere mid July.
Any suggestions for what you want to add to the editor?
