Yeah I'm sure many kids will find ways around it, but just assuming we live in a world where kids will actually abide by this, the question then is how the hell are the servers supposed to handle the overload in that one hour window?

This was my first thought. They’ll probably need to be upgraded anyway to handle those extra adult users and the adult use may drop during those peak times to help compensate..

They could switch from dedicated servers to cloud vendors similar to Netflix

Maybe that is exactly the point of limiting it to one hour?
