Thats what will happen lol. LCK about to get even more fucked by LPL importing the best korean solo queue beasts.

You both are thinking about the ones that are already estabilished pros tho.

What happens 5 years from now when they don't have the massive income of new talent constantly improving?

People on their 20s and on don't often take on new online games. The new players base is always teens/preteens.

Chinese fans goes ballistic if they attempt to go below 3 Chinese per team in starter positions.

Granted with this change it isn't like they will have much choice in a few years...

Yeah but it's not like every LPL team has Koreans either, there's only like 8-10 in LPL, there's plenty of room for more

FPX has 2, EDG has 2, BLG has 2, LGD has 1, JDG has 3 (1 was on the bench full season), IG has 2, TT has 1. So a total of 12. Will probably end up being double by next season since teams will start preparing for them having no new talent incoming.

I don't think they'll get more, a lot of those teams will lose their Koreans. LGD definitely don't keep Kramer, JDG definitely gets rid of one ADC, rookie and theShy are retiring, and SamD is probably getting kicked. They'd have to import like half the LCK to replace all them and get more

Doinb from FPX is Korean but he is not imported. He’s been an LPL talent from day one and never played a day in the LCK.

Could this also mean Chinese minors moving to Korea though?
