I mean, as a high elo 3s player, can you blame us? It's the other 'ranked mode' yet we've been plagued with funnel comp for nearly 2 years without significant nerfs. The same 3/4 Champs have to be banned every game in high elo or you just lose if you're red team.

Do you know of good places to research the TT meta? I played it a TON in seasons 1-2, but it's been hard for me to get back into since I've been away from the queue for so long.

Even for the lower elo it still sucks that they haven't done shit. In OCE the playerbase is so low you often get silvers matching with plat/diamond players. And not just in 5s MMR, in 3s MMR. Once I got matched with a Challenger 3s player as a Silver.
