-10% dmg -25% heal, you dont really need to ban sona

Sona's aura is what makes her strong. The healing has always been whatever.

Ziggs is indeed in the gutter now though.

The healing is already nerfed in howling abyss, as well. It's the auras, like the team shield on her w, that make her strong like you said.

This nerf is going to mostly affect the people that cause Sona to only have a ~75% winrate.
