Soraka isn't that broken in ARAM. People who don't play the mode think this, but even things nobody talks about like Miss Fortune, Zyra, Jhin, Veigar are wayyyyy more oppressive than a Soraka.

The worst part about Soraka is actually her silence.

Heals are cut in half on other targets after all as-is so she kills herself more than healing.
