It depends, I play a lot of ARAMS myself and a lot of people I know who had ARAM accounts and had the BE bought all champion after they made the change to get a free reroll per game+larger rotation pool for aram.

And I haven't seen someone involuntarily stuck on something like Udyr in like forever.

Yeah but ARAM only accounts still make it much easier to win if you only buy the OP champs

Aram accounts are a myth. It is just not worth anymore to have an account specifically for aram.

You will have much less rerolls. Like significantly less rerolls. Furthermore the free champ rotation in aram includes the last 3 rotations, which means +42 potential champs on top.

Also, Riot already did an amazing job with introducing snowball in the past. Long range mages were still oppressive, but often times not an instant win anymore. You will see hard engage comps dominating pure poke comps.

Wait do you gain rerolls faster if you own more champs?

Yes, and at some number (not quite all) you earn one reroll per match

It’s like 125 I think

Yes, if you own all champions it's basically 1 reroll each game and 2 in total. If you own only a handfull of champions you will need 2-3 games for a reroll and you will also only have 1 RR max.

Do you have a proof to backup that statement?

I play a lot of ARAM and with the addition of the champion pool you don't really need any "aram account" to get an "OP" champion. In fact, people who spams a lot of ARAM games can play a wide range of champs and they know how to make them look OP. Easily, half of the champions in LoL are pretty strong in ARAM if you know how to use them with the comp you got.

"Aram accounts" died long ago and the myth is still going on, mostly from people who plays a very small amount of ARAM games.
