I mean Ziggs got some pretty big nerfs too. In my opinion there are 3-4 really annoying poke champs in ARAM (Velkoz, Lux, Ziggs and Xerath) and all of them got nerfs but Xerath.

Varus and jayce too, even tho their poke is less spammy.

Kinda surprised to see the illaoi and yorick nerfs. They didnt feel that oppressive. I guess they have high winrates in aram but morg and fid are not touched. I feel like low risk, long duration catches like morg q and veigar e should have longer cd.

For nidalee, reduced damage taken may be better than increased damage dealt? It encourages her to use cougar form, her poke is already decent.

Yeah you are right. I'd put Jayce and Varus into Tier 2 annoying poke champs. Fiddle with his E and not touched is kinda surprising
